My Podcast

The technology I experienced was podcasting. Podcasting is a media file that is kind of like a radio broadcast. Podcasting is useful because it has many options in how you can use it. You can use it to inform children who missed class on what they missed. You can also help parents keep informed about what happened in class and things their children might not have told them. Another way it is useful is because alot of parents try to help their children with their homework but sometimes are not sure how you are doing the problems, so you can inform them on how you are working the problems so they can help their children. I learned to use podcasting by the program Audacity. It is user friendly, but I could not figure out how to put music in the background. It is easy to learn how to record using the program. I believe everyone could benefit from using this program because it is very user friendly and is not to difficult to use. I suggest if this is the first time using this program to try to find some powerpoints to help with the use of this. These powerpoints helped me very much.

Hi!

My name is Elizabeth Brummitt, but I usually go by Beth. I am 20 years old and am currently expecting my first child. I work at JCPenny's and enjoy it very much. I am in my second year at IUPUI and am majoring in elementary education. I want to teach third graders and am looking forward to having my own classroom.
Creating this blog was pretty simple and straight forward. I don't really have a lot of suggestions for the course. I believe as long as you try to have fun and enjoy it, the blog should be interesting part of the class!
